PURPOSE:To prevent a transmitting efficiency from lowering by making tongue- like projections formed on a blade of an impeller to penetrate through an opening on a wall surface portion of an operating fluid flow path and to be folded for calking process, and also by closing a basic root portion with a sealing member. CONSTITUTION:In an impeller 1 connected to a driving member (not shown) of a hydraulic transmission, e.g. a torque converter and a turbine impeller 2 connected to a driven member (not shown) of it, a sealing member is constructed by integrating a long cover E covering the whole end surface of the blade of said impeller 1 with bag portions F, F enveloping tongue-like projections 135, 136. Said sealing member is arranged to penetrate through an inner core 12 of said impeller 1 and is folded for calking, thereby being capable of closing the space of the penetrated portions between said tongue-like projections 135 and a narrow long hole 121. |
