<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the accurate positioning between a color mosaic filter and a solid-state image pickup element, by providing a registration mark having a high reflecting factor at a part of the color mosaic filter. CONSTITUTION:A registration mark 6 consisting of a material having a high reflection factor such as a metallic chromium or dichroic film is provided to the transparent part of a substrate which forms a color mosaic filter 3. This mark 6 is fitted to a registration mark 5 formed to a solid-state image pickup element 1. Thus each picture element 2 of the element 1 can be matched with each color filter part 4 and the filter 3. In such way, the accurate positioning is possible between the filter 3 and the element 1.</p> |
