PURPOSE:To calculate the density of black dots with an extremely simple constitution of circuit, by performing a screen angle treatment for each color through the constitution of circuit in which a counter is combined with a memory device. CONSTITUTION:The ROM11-13 use the data signals XC, YC, XM, YM, XY and YY given from counters 5-10 as the addresses and deliver the control signals C2, M2 and Y2 which decide whether the cyanogen dot, magenta dot and yellow dot at the recording position at the present time point to a black processing circuit 14. The circuit 14 sets the black dot recording signal K at 1 only when the all signals C2, M2 and Y2 go to 1 and at the same time the color dot recording signals C3, M3 and Y3 go to 0. As a result, only the black dot is recorded on the recording paper by means of an output device 1, and all other color dots are not recorded on the recording paper. When only one or two of the signals C2, M2 and Y2 go to 1, each input control data signal is turned into the signals C3, M3 and Y3 respectively. At the same time, the signal K is reduced to 0. |
