PURPOSE:To simplify the process of manufacture, by providing a magnet block consisting of a permanent magnet and a magnetic compensation plate between upper and lower molds and incorporatedly molding an insulation base, a coil, a lead frame and the magnetic block via a mold device. CONSTITUTION:Magnet blocks 7a and 7b having permanent magnets 5a and 5b and magnetic compensation plates 6a and 6b are provided in a cavity 12 consisting of upper and lower molds 10a and 10b with a knock pin 11. A mold device 4 containing an insulation base 1, X and Y direction driving coils 3a and 3b, a bubble memory chip 2, and the magnet blocks 7a and 7b in a recess are provided in the cavity 12 of the molds 10a and 10b and the mold is closed. Then, a resin is impregnated in the gap of the caivity 12 and the mold is opened after curing, allowing to obtain a bubble memory device forming the lead frame and magnet blocks incorporatedly. |
