In this device cut-off equipment(4a,4b), a switch(5) and a cable(6) are established within an insulated vessel. After the insulating material is removed from the cut-off equipment an insulating room(8a,8b) is established, which has a space to check inside the cut-off equipment & change its accessories. So as compared to old equipment having a circular or ball shaped capsule, the press. of the insulating material in this device can be brought down to atmospheric press.
