PURPOSE:To simplify mounting construction of a cover, by mounting the end part of a rail assembly unit to a car body through a bracket, integrally forming cut-up pawls in the upper and lower of a mounting bolt hole of said bracket, while coating a mounting bolt with a cover, and forming a fitted part to said pawl in said cover. CONSTITUTION:A rail assembly unit, consisting of an upper rail 1 and a lower rail 2, slidably supporting the upper rail, is mounted to a car body 8 through a bracket 12 mounted to one end of the rail assembly unit. In this captioned construction pawls 15, 16, formed by the cutting up method, are molded as an integral unit to the upper and lower of a bolt hole 14 in a bracket 12. While fitted parts 18, 19, engaged to the pawls 15, 16, are formed to upper and lower parts of a cover 17 consisting of elastic material of synthetic resin and the like. Further side parts 21, 22, adapted to both side edges of the pawls 15, 16, are formed in both sides of an engagement part 20 to the pawls 15, 16 in said fitted parts 18, 19. In this way, the bracket 12 is fixed to the car body 8 by tightening a bolt 13, and then a head part of the bolt 13 can be easily further surely coated by the cover 17. |
