<p>7ss-Aminothiadiazolylacetylamino-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid compounds of the formula <IMAGE> in which, in particular, Am denotes amino, T denotes a 1,2,4-thiadiazol radical, R1 denotes an optionally substituted pyrazolium group, an optionally substituted triazolium group, a tri-lower alkylammonium group or a substituted pyridinium group and R2 denotes hydrogen, lower alkyl, carboxy-lower alkyl, carbamoyl or N-substituted carbamoyl, have antibiotic properties and are effective against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. The novel compounds are prepared in a manner known per se. Intermediates are also included.</p> |
