<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a speed reference point within an allowable error range which is set by changing a simulated speed that is to be applied to the ATC in a step shape. CONSTITUTION:When an average rolling stock speed alpha and the allowable error DELTAv are set in a setting part 14, in a simulated speed control device 13, a speed change pattern of the simulated speed which is determined by alpha and DELTAv is formed in a pattern generator 15 and imparted to a simulated speed generator 5. A value (n) is computed in an operating part 16, and a speed compensating value Vc is computed in an operating part 17. In a subtractor 18, the speed compensating value Vc is subtracted from a simulated speed VA when the ATC on the rolling stock is operated, and an actual reference point VB is obtained. In this way, the highly accurate test of the ATC can be performed.</p> |
