An electrode unit for stunning of animals, esp. pigs, is described. The animal is conveyed to the electrode unit which automatically contacts and stuns the animal. At least one electrode is at right angles to the conveying direction and can move in the plane perpendicular to the conveying direction. (Provisional Basic previously advised in Week K08).
