摘要 |
PURPOSE:To prevent an internal-combustion engine from damaging in the way obviating a runaway preignition phenomenon, by lowering temperature of the wall surfaces of a combustion chamber with the ignition timing lag-angled when the combustion chamber's inside temperature exceeds limitation of a set temperature. CONSTITUTION:From a transmitting circuit 10, an optical signal with frequency commensurate to the electrode temperature of an ignition plug not shown in illustration is transmitted to a receiving circuit 12 via an optical fiber cable 11 and coverted by a photoelectric transfer circuit 122. This frequency is converted into an analogue voltage by a F-V transfer circuit 123, producing a high level output when temperature of an ignition plug electrode comes to rise beyond a set temperature by a comparator 124. Then, it is subtracted to the extent of a certain angle by a digital type electronic ignition system which has a subtracting circuit and a logic circuit being inserted into the ignition timing output calculated in accordance with the engine conditions. |
