PURPOSE:To enhance the work efficiency of a color-separation striped color filter, which is attached to the transparent surface plate of the pickup-light incoming part of a color TV camera tube, and improve the electric characteristic of a filter structure by fixing the filter structure over the inner surface of the transparent surface plate by use of a fixing metallic tool. CONSTITUTION:A filter 3 consists of either an organic matter prepared by dyeing an organic resin with an organic dye, or an inorganic matter prepared from a photo-coherent thin film. A filter structure 1 is placed on a base 9a of a fixing metallic tool 9. A slight space is provided between the filter structure 1 and a transparent surface plate 8. Since a fixing part 10 touches the upper surface of a transparent conductive film 6, and the tool 9 is in contact with a conductive lead film (which is not illustrated in the figure), which is formed over the plate 8 and leads to a periphery-seal signal-drawing part, the conductive film 6 conducts with a signal electrode. As a result, the filter structure 1 can be fixed to the plate 8, while conducting the electric potential of the conductive film 6. |
