PURPOSE:To simply drain water under the ground by a method in which a pit is excavated underground while jetting pressure water from the tip of an boring machine, and a vertical culvert pipe whose peripheral wall is provided with water-suction holes is iserted into the pit after providing a water-permeable layer consisting of chaff, etc., around the vertical culvert pipe. CONSTITUTION:A pit 9 is excavated by means of the blade 5 of a boring machine, turned by a pressure fluid, and also of used pressure water jetted from the tip of the boring machine. Then, a vertical culvert pipe 10, formed by providing a chaff layer 13 surrounded by a netting on the outside of a pipe 11, is inserted into the pit 9, and the upper end of the pipe 10 is connected to a cross vulvert pipe 16. The ground water under the ground enters through the water-suction holes 14 into the vertical culvert pipe 9 and then discharged through cross culvert pipe 16 to a drain open conduit 17. |
