PURPOSE:To execute a measurement without delay, and to elevate its controllability, by providing a switching relay so that a signal converted from mill differential pressure can be used as a pulverized coal signal when a mill is started and stopped. CONSTITUTION:This system is consituted so that the first signal which has added an element of time lag of first order to a coal feeder coal quantity detection value of a coaling machine, and the second signal which has converted a mill differential pressure value to a function are generated, the first signal is selected at the time of a regular operation, also the second signal is selected when starting and stopping a mill,and its selected signal becomes a pulverized coal signal. For instance, a coal feeder coal quantity transmitter 22 is connected to a device of time lag of first order 101, a mill differential pressure transmitter 20 is connected to a function generator 104, and both of them are selected by a switching relay 103. When starting and stopping the mill, the switching relay 103 is driven and switched to the side of the function generator 104, by a signal monitor relay 105, and a signal monitor relay 102 and an OR circuit 106, respectively. |
