PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of work in a titled device, by constituting an inverting mechanism with a swing table and inverting arm, utilizing the inverting mechanism and piling blank cores, punched with a press machine, in an alternately inverted state. CONSTITUTION:When a blank core 1 is inverted, a cylinder 18 is lifted to lift a swing table 12, and the upper level of a round belt 14 is located higher than the upper level of an inverting arm 19. At this time, the blank core 1, taken out from a press, is conveyed on the round belt 14 and carried riding on the upper level of the inverting arm 19. Then the core is adapted to a stopper 26 and confirmed by a position detector sensor, then an electromagnet 27 of the inverting arm 19 is excited to attract the blank core 1. Then an actuator 20 is driven to inversely rotate the inverting arm 19 190 deg. clockwise, and the blank core 1 is dropped into a guide cylinder 23 and loaded on a pallet 4 while being guided by a guide post 24. |
