PURPOSE:To obtain excellent heat collecting efficiency and to improve the durability of a titled collector, by expanding a heating medium pipe to recover its complete roundness after the pipe having corrugated cross section has been inserted into a holding part. CONSTITUTION:An excellent heat conductive metal is extruded into a heat collecting board 2 formed in one body which is constituted of a cylindrical part 2a and fin parts 2b protruding to the outer circumference. A heating medium pipe 3 has an outer dia. approximately equal to the inner dia. of the holding part 2a and a corrugated cross section recessing toward the inside. The pipe 3 is expanded by applying hydraulic pressure to recover its complete round shape and to be filled up in the part 2a. Thus the heat medium pipe is easily inserted into the part 2a and is expanded without decreasing its wall thickness, and then, the excellent heat collecting efficiency and an improvement of its durability are achieved. |
