摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a solid electrolyte material having high conductivity and containing Li ions as mobile ions, by using a composition represented by a specific general formula. CONSTITUTION:The composition of formula is used as the objective Li-ion-conductive solid electrolyte material. The composition is prepared by conventional ceramics baking method or hot-pressing method, e.g. by using the commercially available extra-pure reagent of Li2CO3, ZnO, GeO2 and TiO2 as the raw materials, weighing the raw materials according to the formula, mixing in a pot mill in a wet state, drying the mixture, putting the powdery mixture in an alumina crucible, maintaining at a temperature above the decomposition point of Li2CO3 for several hours, calcining preliminarily at 850-1,000 deg.C in air, crushing the reaction product after taking out of the furnace, forming to a desired shape, and calcining for about 2hr with a hot-press. The calcined product is cut to a proper shape, and used as a solid electrolyte material in a solid cell containing Li as the active material of cathode.
