PURPOSE:Silver contacts in switches are coated with a silicone grease containing sulfides of animal or vegetable oil and mercaptans to increase the lubricity on the silver contact surface, prolong its operation life and prevent wrong working. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. of polyorganosiloxane of the formula (R<1> is 1- 30C alkyl; R<2> is 1-3C alkyl; a+b is 1.9-2.7), having a viscosity of 10- 100,000cSt at 25 deg.C, (B) 0.01-50pts. of thickener, (C) 0.01-3pts. of organothiol of R<3>SH (R<3> is monovalent hydrocarbon of 10-22 carbon atoms) or HSR<4>SH (R<4> is divalent hydrocarbon of 3-16 carbon atoms) and (D) 0.01-10pts. of sulfide of animal or vegetable oil or olefin are combined to give the objective grease. |
