PURPOSE:To obtain an adhesion donating agent which prevents red color discoloration, by containing a specific heterocyclic compound and either one or both of dihydroquinoline derivative or its polymer and triazine derivative. CONSTITUTION:In a photosensitive resin composition, 0.005-1pt.wt. heterocyclic compound shown in general formulaI[where, X is O, S, Se and NH, Y is S or NR (R is H, 1-3C alkyl), Z is 1-10C alkyl]and 0.001-0.5pt.wt. either one or both of dihydroquinoline derivative or its polymer shown in formula (2-a) (where, X is H, 1-15C alkyl, alkoxy) and triazine derivative shown in formula (2-b) (where, R1, R2 are H, 1-5 C alkyl, and R3, R4 are H, 1-12C alkyl) are contained to 100pts.wt. said composition respectively. |
