PURPOSE:To eliminate a reflecting mirror and to realize an interchange of lenses over a wide range and in an easy, assured and quick way, by monitoring the light passed through an aperture which is controlled according to the setting through an electronic viewfinder via the pickup layer of a focal plane shutter. CONSTITUTION:The aperture blades are controlled by a shutter speed setting circuit 11, a film sensitivity converting circuit 12, an aperture control circuit 13, etc. and via a control motor 10. The light of a subject obtained through an interchangeable lens 1 via the aperture forms an image at a pickup layer which is combined with the color filters of focal plane shutter 11 forming the 1st curtain. The matrix-scanned pickup signal is applied to an electronic viewfinder via a gamma compensating circuit corresponding to the film latitude. Thus a reflecting mirror is eliminated to simplify the constitution for a signal-lens reflex camera with an easy, accurate and quick exchange of interchangeable lenses from an ultra-wide angle through a super-telephoto lens. |
