PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device in the type of charge deflection capable of preveting prints from deflecting by a gutter potential by a method wherein the gutter is made of a conductor and it is grounded at least in time of recording charges. CONSTITUTION:The gutter 9 is made of a conductor, the gutter holder 13 is made of an insulator, one end of the core of a shielding wire 15 is connected to the gutter 9, the other end is to a charge detecting circuit 20 and the shielding wire cover is grounded. In a printed charge a field effect transistor SW is turned ON, the gutter 9 is grounded through the shield wire 15 and the transistor SW1 the gutter potential comes on the same level with the ground, the gutter 9 is not charged up and print charged ink particles are prevented from deflecting. |
