摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of ozone evolution, by adding a process for desorbing NOx to a dryer wherein three or more columns packed with a water adsorbent and heaters are equipped in a gas system and ozonized dried air is used as a reclaimed gas. CONSTITUTION:Air to be dried is introduced into the column 5 packed with a water adsorbent as shown by the arrow 1, dehumidified into dried air, and further converted into ozonized dried air by the ozonizer 11. The ozonized dried air is sent to the packing column 6 which is being reclaimed, it desorbs water in the water adsorbent to carry out the reclamation of heatless drying, and NOx produced in the ozonizer 11 is adsorbed on the water adsorbent. The packing column 23 wherein the accumulation amount of NOx adsorbed on the adsorbent reaches >= a limit value is reclaimed by sending the part 12 of the dried air from the reducing valve 24 to the heater 13, heating it, and introducing it to the packing column so that NOx is desorbed. The processes of heatless drying and reclamation are carried out by changing the packing columns repeatedly by operating many three-way solenoid valves.</p>
