PURPOSE:To obtain an oscillation frequency stable against fluctuations of temperature and variation in power voltage, by composing an oscillating circuit body of an LC resonating circuit and an unbalanced differential oscillating circuit which has an unbalance differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:An oscillating circuit body 11 consists of an LC resonating circuit 16 composed of a coil L11 and a capacitor C12, and an unbalanced differential LC oscillating circuit which has an unbalanced differetial amplifier 14. When an input control voltage V is O, the main body 11 oscillates at the resonance point of the circuit 16. When not, on the other hand, the feedback voltage of the main body 11 is the sum of vectors of the output of an adder 23 and a positive feedback voltage during an offset, and the circuit varies in oscillation frequency in accordance with the voltage VIN. Consequently, the oscillation frequency is stable against fluctuations of temperature and variation in power voltage, a higher harmonic spurious level is low, and the linearity of input and output characteristics is obtained over a wide range. |
