发明名称 METHOD FOR REFINING MOLTEN STEEL TO MANUFACTURE SEMI-LOW CARBON STEEL
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for refining molten steel to manufacture semi-low carbon steel is provided to effectively control target dissolved carbon within a short period of time by adding a certain quantity of recarburizer to molten steel after judging proper degree of decarburization and increasing temperature of molten steel through deoxidizing operation. CONSTITUTION: In a process for refining molten steel using Reinstahl Huten Werke Heraus (RH), the method for refining molten steel to manufacture semi-low carbon steel comprises the processes of deoxidizing molten steel after controlling dissolved carbon to 100 ppm or less by initially decarburizing and refining molten steel under the vacuum degree of 2 to 3 Mbar until content of CO gas in waste gas discharged from the RH becomes 20% or less during the refining process; and controlling dissolved carbon to 0.015 to 0.035% by charging recarburizer into molten steel in the quantity range of 35 to 40 kg/270 ton-molten steel as maintaining degree of vacuum to 55 to 79 Mbar.
