<p>The infusion accessory is adaptable to a hot water generator such as an electric coffee maker, and is used for preparation of tea rather than coffee. The accessory is fitted onto the coffee maker and water heated to boiling so that it overflows the heating vessel and floods the infusion chamber, then passing to a movable container. The accessory is formed as a sphere, which has a detachable lower half, and has a tube fitted to the upper half. The tube fits over the water overflow of the coffee maker. The sphere has multiple small holes distributed over its surface to allow passage of the beverage after the hot water has passed through the tea leaves in the sphere.</p> |
