PURPOSE:To manufacture a plurality of molded products in a high productivity by aligning two sets of split molds in a back-to-back manner and providing a unit in which a runner board having a runner communicating with the cavity of the split molds on a base. CONSTITUTION:A mold unit 2 having two sets of split molds 8, 9 and 8', 9' and a runner board 7 including a runner 6 communicating with the cavity of the split molds in the molds is produced, and the unit 2 is provided together with the mold unit 3 of the same construction as the unit 2 on a base 1. A material is injected and molded in the units 2, 3 by switching the positions of a nozzle 4 between X-X, X'-X'. After the injection molding, a movable surface plate 12 at the end of a hydraulic plunger 11 is operated to open the molds, and a molded product is removed from the molds. |
