HIGH HARDNESS HIGHPOLYMER COLOR STEEL SHEET FOR PCM HAVING EXCELLENT CORROSION RESISTANCE FOR POLYETHYLENE BAG

A paint composition for the top coat of a PCM(PreCoated Metal) colored steel sheet for electric home appliances, and a PCM colored steel sheet for electric home appliances obtained by using the composition are provided to improve a polyethylene bag corrosion resistance without deterioration of durability, chemical resistance and mechanical properties. A paint composition comprises 25-55 wt% of a high polymer polyester resin having a weight average molecular weight of 9,000-11,000, a hydroxyl number of 50-80 mg KOH/g, an acid number of 1-5 mg KOH/g and a glass transition temperature of 25-50 deg.C; a crosslinking agent; a curing accelerator; a solvent; and common additives. Preferably the composition comprises 2-8 wt% of a methyl ether melamine resin having a methoxy group and 1-5 wt% of a butyl ether melamine crosslinking agent having a butoxy group as a crosslinking agent.
