PURPOSE:To carry out a series of processes of the titled hot dog from butter application of coating to frying mechanically and continuously. CONSTITUTION:When a mandrel is rotated and a retainer is transferred to the position II, a fixed amount of the coating butter B is fed to the retainer by the nozzle 8 of the fixed displacement feeder. In the position III, the arm 3 is lowered, the sausage A on a skewer supported by the skewer holding member 6 is inserted from the top opening part of the retainer 4 to it. When the sausage in this state is transferred to the position IV, the arms 2 and 3 are lowered, the retainer 4 is moved slowly while being dipped in the hot oil bath 7. In the position V, when the split molds 4a and 4b of the retainer 4 are opened fully, a semi-finished product with a coating is released from the retainer 4 to the hot oil, and fried sufficiently while being moved in it. |
