PURPOSE:To enhance the productivity of a cylindrical coil by intimately bonding many coil sides bent in V shape on a flexible insulating substrate, bending the coil sides in a cylindrical shape and connecting the ends of the coil sides to each other. CONSTITUTION:Many coil sides 3, 4 bent in V shape are formed at an adequate angle. The coil sides are bonded intimately to each other on a flexible insulating substrate 1. This is then wound around a cylindrically shaping jig 6 to shape it in a cylindrical shape, and the ends of the coil sides 3, 4 are electrically connected to form a continuous coil. In this manner, the productivity of the cylindrical coil can be enhanced, and even when the diameter and the height of the coil are altered, the alternation can be facilitated by varying the number and the length of the coil sides. |
