FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: forming roll chock includes body of chock and changeable facing planks, fixed on side surfaces of chock body. Timeliness and easiness of replacement of face planks and ability of restoration of side clearances by surface of contact between chock and stand is provided ensured by that body of chock is implemented from foundry steel, plank - from structural steel with solidity, more than solidity of chock body, on each side surface of chock body there are implemented two vertical grooves, in which flush with surface there are installed and fixed planks in the form of set of individual planks, herewith grooves are located symmetrically relative to vertical plane, passing through center of gravity of chock perpendicularly to axis of opening under bearing of forming roll, and between planks in chock body there are implemented recess holes for capturing of loading facilities, axis of which are located in vertical plane, passing through center of gravity of chock higher than this center. ^ EFFECT: it is provided for improvement of rolling, reduction of rolls consumption, bearings consumption, large-size roller chocks mainly quarto train sheet mills. ^ 3 dwg |
