PURPOSE:To simplify the mold structure and the molding process used in a multistage molding by a method wherein a plurality of branched nozzles divided from a resin discharging hole on the tip are equipped continuously in front of an injecting part. CONSTITUTION:Hot tip 9-fitting branch nozzles having resin-discharging holes 2 on a manifold 8 provided with a resin branch passage 7 are equipped continuously in front of an injecting part 1 made up by a screw 6 installed in a cylinder 5 of injection molding machine A and the resin discharging holes 2 of the nozzle 3 are connected to different resin injecting holes 11 installed in each runner 10 of cavities of mold B. Thus, it does not become necessary to divide the resin flow in the mold even in case of a multistage molding and accordingly, the mold structure becomes simple, molding troubles are reduced, operations of the mold is simplified, molding cycles increase resulting in the improvement of productivity. |
