FIELD: machine building; food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for treatment of poultry, and can be used in poultry-processing industry in poultry processing shops. Line for killing and evisceration of poultry with capacity of less than 2,000 units/h, consisting of two conveyors, slaughter and evisceration, carriers poultry carcasses in special suspensions, which are processed in both machines slaughter conveyor and evisceration line, characterised by that suspensions on evisceration conveyor are installed with pitch in 1.5 times and more exceeding suspensions pitch on slaughter conveyor, evisceration conveyor speed is 1.5 times and more exceeding slaughter conveyor speed and equal to evisceration conveyor speed in evisceration line with output of 3,000 pc/h, and machines with drive from evisceration conveyor and performing evisceration operations contain, respectively in 1.5 and more times less working members than corresponding machines in evisceration line with capacity of 3,000 pc/h.EFFECT: automation of poultry slaughter and evisceration lines with capacity of less than 2,000 pcs/h of poultry carcasses evisceration operations without loss of quality of processing, simplified design of evisceration line machines and reduced cost of line.1 cl, 4 dwg |
