PURPOSE:To automatically control a clutch to the slipping ratio which corresponds to the vehicle running state by controlling the clutch by means of the preset clutch engagement force depending on the number of revolutions ratios of the clutch drive and follow-up shafts and the time lapse. CONSTITUTION:The signals from a clutch drive shaft rotary sensor 20, a follow- up shaft sensor 40, a throttle opening sensor 12, and a shift lever position sensor 13 are inputted to a microprocessor 90. The microprocessor 90 specifies the target slipping ratio depending on the number of revolutions ratios of the clutch drive and follow-up shafts and the time lapse and controls the clutch so that the actual slipping ratio can match the target slipping ratio. Since the slipping ratio is controlled as described above, the clutch can be controlled depending on the running state. |
