The inertial mass (20) has the shape of a metallic ring and it is supported by projections (16) from the inertial element (10). The element is composed of two associated parts one of which (20) produces the desired inertia. Both parts are connected by spring members. In one embodiment the ring (20) is obtained from a curved metallic wire, it has a groove (22) engaging a flange (23) of the inertial element.
