PURPOSE:To separate and dry safely with high efficiency by treating a series of processes of dehydrating, filtering, drying an removing crystals in a single apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A device consisting of a rotating body 1, a filter medium 21 for separation, a heat medium chamber 12 for drying, a stirring vane 25, a vane 26 for sweeping out fine powders and grains and a rotating joint 14 with a plurality of jointing sections for feeding and discharging of fluid from a rotating shaft 24 to the rotating body 1. When filtering, a given volume of liquid to be filtered is fed into the inside of the rotating body 1 through a liquid feed line 30 in a manner to keep the filter medium on the horizontal level, and by making the pressure inside the rotating body 1 constant, the filtered liquid is drained out of a liquid outlet 11. Then, by setting the rotating body 1 on the horizontal level, moving fine powders and grains in the liquid to be filtered, collected by the filter medium 21, by means of rotation of the rotating body 1 in the inner peripheral surface of the rotating body 1 relatively, drying the fine powders and grains evenly and further setting the rotating body 1 inclinedly, the fine powders and grains after being dried are drained out of an outlet 22 in accordance with the rotation of the rotating body 1 and the vane 26.
