PURPOSE:To provide an enough alarm sound by disposing two leaf springs which are adhered closely to each other at the base and piece thereof, separated at the end portion and projected in such a manner that when a lining is worn away, the leading ends of the leaf springs are brought into contact with a rotor to vibrate. CONSTITUTION:Leaf springs 6, 6 are overlapped each other in such a manner that the bases 6a, 6a and the pieces 6c, 6c are adhered closely to each other, the pieces 6c, 6c having leading ends 6d, 6d are separated from the leading ends 6d, 6d and the leading ends 6d, 6d project over by thickness (l) of the maximum permissible limit of abrasion for a lning 7. When the lining 7 is worn away up to the permissible limit, both ends 6d, 6d of two leaf springs 6, 6 are brought into contact with the side of a rotor 5 at the same time, and both leaf springs 6, 6 vibrate independently. Therefore, enough big alarm sound is generated to reliably inform an operator of a replacement time for a pad. |
