PURPOSE:To realize a preferential process of reading in a wide range, by accepting a reading reservation to display it and making the writing request wait during the display of the reading reservation. CONSTITUTION:The reading reservation signals 103 and 104 of banks 0 and 1 are delivered along with a reading request signal 102 when the reading request is given to set the flip-flops 11, 16 and 17 respectively. Then a reading address signal 100 and a bank designation signal 101 are set to a register 30 as well as to a flip-flop 10. The flip-flops 14 and 15 display the busy state of the memory banks 0 and 1 respectively. An AND circuit 41 of signals 402 and 400 works at a moment when the reading request of the bank 0 is sent to the memory bank to reset a flip-flop 16 that shows the reading reservation of the bank 0. |
