PURPOSE:To prevent the vibration of a compressor and to reduce its size and weight by providing a groove at the end face of a front end plate for containing a balance weight therein to offset the dynamic unbalance caused by the circular movement of the movable member. CONSTITUTION:A balance weight groove 112 is provided on the end face of a front end plate 11 to contain a balance weight 271' therein, thus extending the distance from the gravity center of the balance weight 271' to the center of circular orbit of the movable memeber to enable reduction of the thickness of the balance weight 271'. Therfore, the balance weight 271' can be assembled in without enlarging the axial direction length of the compressor proper. |
