A clock/watch for blind people is proposed, which has retractable and extendable buttons (2, 3, 4, 5), which is intended to make it possible for blind people to detect time values, accurate to the minute. In accordance with the principle of set theory, the buttons are arranged into groups each having a certain time value, and are controlled by the clock/watch-work. Moreover, the clock/watch for blind people can be equipped with an acoustic signal transmitter (10) and an alarm, and, in addition, can be provided with a release button (7), an alarm-setting button (8) and a time-resetting button (9).
