发明名称 CONTROLLING METHOD OF SHEET THICKNESS IN COLD TANDEM MILL
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve an accuracy of the sheet thickness at the exit side, by changing a roll gap by adding a local fluctuation of deformation resistance of rolling material. CONSTITUTION:The sheet thickness deviation at the inlet side to the desired sheet thickness at the inlet side is computed, by measuring the sheet thickness at the inlet side of a stand 4 on the upstream side with the aid of a thickness guage 21, to correct a roll gap which rolls a computed part 1a of rolling material 1 basing on the sheet thickness deviation at the inlet side, a standard deformation resistance, and mill constant of the stand 4 on the upstream side so that the sheet thickness at the exit side of the stand 4 on the upstream side is equal to the desired sheet thickness at the exit side. On the other hand, a deviation of rolling load between an actual value and a standard rolling load at the rolling by the stand 4 is computed to compute the sheet thickness deviation to the desired sheet thickness of it at the exit side of the stand 4. Next, a roll gap, at the rolling of the part 1a of the rolling material by the next stand on the downstream side, is set basing on the actual deformation resistance, the sheet thickness deviation at the exit side of the stand 4, and mill constant of the next mill on the downstream side.
