PURPOSE:To reduce current consumption greatly by turning on an MOS transistor (TR) intermittently when an external switch member is closed. CONSTITUTION:When an external switch member SW is closed and a contact S is held at a high level, an FF2 outputs a Q output signal ''LOW'' synchronously with the fall of a signal Q32. Then, an MOSTRT4 inputting the Q signal turns off. Further, an MOSTRT5 turns off intermittently by the output signal phi2 of an OR gate 4. The TRT5 turns on for 1/64 second per second and has current consumption 1/64 as much as a conventional switch circuit. |
