NEW MATERIAL:The N-benzoyl-N'-phenylurea compound of formulaI(Hal is halogen; X is H or halogen; Y1 and Y2 are H, halogen or methyl; Y1 and Y2 are not H at the same time; Z is halogen) or its salt. EXAMPLE:N-( 2,6-difluorobenzoyl )-N'-[3-carboxy-4-( 3-chloro-5-trifluoromethyl- 2-pyridyloxy)-5-chlorophenyl]urea. USE:Insecticide. PROCESS:The compound of formulaIcan be prepared, e.g. by hydrolyzing the compound of formula II (R is alkyl) in the presence of a base or an acid.
