PURPOSE:To provide a coating device which is less in the number of parts, easy to assemble, light and does not cause leakage by placing a porous film of a tetrafluoroethylene resin between a release agent holding tank consisting of a thermoplastic resin and a press plate and forming these to one body through melting by heating. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic moldings are used for a silicone oil tank 1 and a press plate 14 having an opening part 24, and a porous film 3 of a tetrafluoroethylene resin having a size not larger than the size of the plate 14 is placed between these in such a way as not to superpose on the rib in the peripheral part of the plate 14. In this case, the peripheral part of the plate 14 and the oil tank 1 are melt stuck by heating uniformly for a short time with, for example, an ultrasonic plastic welder, whereby sealing performance is provided. The oil 10 goes to the film 3 through the opening part 24 of the press plate. Good results are obtained if a fibrous body 21 of the shape of a projecting part is provided on the rear side of the projecting part in contact with the peripheral surface of a fixing roll prior to mounting of the film 3 to the tank 1. |
