<p>The compounds have the formula I$(10,)$ wherein R1 is H, a C1-4 alkyl or their precursors, R2 is a C1-4 alkyl, R3 and R4 independently of each other are H, a C1-4 alkyl or together are a C2-5 alkylene, R5 is H or alkyl and A and B are each H or together represent a bond, providing that, when R1 and R2 = CH3, R3 and R4 = C2H5, A and B = H, R5 is alkyl. Are also concerned the acid addition salts of those compounds. The compounds are used for the treatment of hypertonus, and cardiac insufficiencies.</p> |
