PURPOSE:To incorporate a skidding stopper in a rubber tire and pneumatically project the stopper beyond a tread surface of the tire when it is required. CONSTITUTION:An air bag 5 is provided between an air tire 3 and the tread part 6.6 of the rubber tire 4, the skidding stopper 7 is clamped between the air bag 5 and the tread part 6 and a receiving plate 8 for the stopper 7 is brought into contact with the air tire 3. One end of a resilient rubber piece 9 having a high degree of elongation is attached to the skidding stopper 7, the other end is fixed to the rubber tire 4 and the intermdidate part being left free. The air tire 3 and the air bag 5 are connected respectively with pipes 10, 11 for supplying and discharging compressed air. |
