PURPOSE:To perform cleaning at low cost and promptly, by making the high viscosity resin and the low viscosity resin act repeatedly on the retaining section of the screw tip part of an injection machine, etc.. CONSTITUTION:When the shutter 8 is opened at the starved state of the space g and the screw is rotated, unmelted pellets are sent forward without being melted and pellets reach fast to the position of the residual resin 2. Now, the space g becomes saturated state. Rotation of the screw and injection are repeated, then the resin acts on the surface of the retaining section b, d, e, f in relatively high viscosity state, so cleaning action is extremely large. Further, as rotation and injection are repeated, the melting position approaches gradually to the hopper 6 side, it becomes the melted state. Because the resin viscosity in the space g is low in this state, cleaning action is lowered. Here, the shutter 8 is closed and rotation and injection are performed, then, it returns againt to the original starved state. |
