PURPOSE:To shorten the prescribed insulating time by employing both middle and low temperature curable varnish and ultraviolet curable varnish as an insulating varnish and curing the varnish only by emitting an ultraviolet ray to the varnish. CONSTITUTION:Middle and low temperature curable insulating varnish is dropped and immersed in a wound-type stator, and ultraviolet curable varnish is subsequently dropped to the surface of a coil lend while rotating the stator. Then, ultraviolet ray is emitted to cure the coil. |
