PURPOSE:To obtain a structure-plate with various surface images by following process in which inorganic powdered and granular material covers the surface of a mold with uniform thin thickness, and then hard foam-urethane is sprayed on this inorganic material, and said whole materials are formed into the shape of structure plate under pressure. CONSTITUTION:Inorganic powdered and granular material 2 thrown down uniformly from a nozzle 4, covers the surface of a belt conveyer 5 with almot uniform thin thickness. Next, hard foam-urethane 3 is sprayed on the surface of the powdered and granular material 2 from a spray 7 and covers said material 2. A pressurized forming belt conveyer 8 forms hard foam-urethane 3 and powdered and granular material 2 into the shape of a structure-plate with the belt conveyer 5. In this formed structure-plate, the powdered and granular material 2a in the upper layer is buried in the hard foam-urethane 3 and is stuck firmly to the hard foam-urethane 3 which is structure plate proper. The powdered and granular material 2 in lower-layer is disused, after the hard foam- urethane 3 is caused to foam and is hardened. |
