Ink particles 2 with always uniform size are obtained even if nozzles in which spread of manufacture accuracy is found are used by setting the frequency of the exciting voltage V of an electromechanical conversion element 12 that is mounted on a nozzle such as the nozzle 11 at F=fr/2(1-a).
