PURPOSE:To make possible supplying of just right amount of heat for air conditioning load into a heat storage tank, by controlling operation time of a heat source by the capacity of the heat source calculated by heat storage tank temperature which is calculated by outside air temperature estimated by a preset method or by estimated load. CONSTITUTION:When a heat saunce 2 is controlled by a controller 8, at first, consumed calories per day by an air-conditioner 1 is measured for several days to obtain an average consumption per day to estimate value of the load for the next day. The temperature of the heat storage tank 3 is calculated by the load estimate based on a function that gradually decreases the heat storage tank temperature characteristics to the load estimate value for four seasons. The outside temperature is estimated by obtaining the average temperature at a given operation time range of the heat source 2 in the past. With either the extimated outside temperature 10 or the calculated temperature of heat storage tank as a parameter, the capacity of the heat source 2 is calculated by a preset function of the heat source and the other. The operation time of the heat source 2 is obtained by dividing the load estimated value by the value of the heat source capacity. |
