PURPOSE:To arrange IC chips on a straight line accurately by marking on the specified straight line on a fitting surface and on both ends of the chips. CONSTITUTION:Arrow marks 4 are marked on the line on which image pickup elements 1a, 2a and 3a of respective image sensors 1, 2 and 3 are arranged and on both ends of chips and straight line marks 7 are marked on the bottom surface of a cavity 6 of an IC package 5. The image sensors 1-3 are fitted to the IC package 5 in such a manner that the arrow marks 4 agree with the straight line marks 7. With this constitution, IC chips can be arranged on a straight line efficiently and the accuracy of the arrangement can be improved. |
